The Website is governed by the laws of UK. Exclusive Beauty Clinic reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notification. The contract will be concluded in English.
The Website may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the Website and any transactions conducted on or through the Website.
Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please contact our Customer Service Team.
The Personal Information which you are required to provide when you register as a Customer should be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and you must;
Notify us immediately of any changes to the Personal Information by contacting our Customer Service Team via e-mail, or calling us on +44 (0) 1252 837070 or by updating them in the account page information.
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website.
- Change the Terms and Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Terms and Conditions have been changed.
Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We have made every effort to reproduce colours on the Website as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so colour matches are not yet possible over the internet.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
Making an Order
All communication to you from Exclusive Beauty Clinic will be addressed to your email address as supplied when you register. If you do not receive a confirmation email after registering or placing an order please contact us immediately. Exclusive Beauty Clinic will not be responsible if you should fail to receive emails sent to the email address you provide when you register.
The technical steps required, creating the contract between you and us are as follows:
- You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm button at the end of the checkout process.
- We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from exclusivebeauty.co.uk
- When your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.
- Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- The product you ordered being unavailable for delivery to your selected delivery country.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
- You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.
Exclusive Beauty Clinic reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual Customer.
At busy times orders may take 2-3 days to be dispatched. The majority of orders are received within 2-3 business days after dispatch. As we cannot guarantee the speed of the postal service please allow up to: 8 business days for Royal Mail Delivery.
Vouchers are available to purchase in £5, £10, £20 or £25 denominations with a minimum spend of £5 and a maximum of £150 in any single transaction online. For corporate gifts please contact our Customer Service Team direct on + 44 (0) 1252837070.
The Gift Voucher has a cash redemption value of 0.001p and is not transferable or assignable. Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable via telephone. Vouchers will not be honoured if sold to a 3rd party. You cannot buy another Gift Voucher with a Gift Voucher.
If any product purchased with a Gift Voucher is returned for an exchange or refund, any money refunded will automatically be credited to the original Gift Voucher. If a partial refund is made for any purchase using a Gift Voucher and another method of payment, then any refund amount owing will be credited to the Gift Voucher in the first instance. If the total to be refunded is more than originally paid by Gift Voucher, then any remaining refund balance will then be refunded to the other method of payment used. Any refunds credited to the original Voucher will be valid from the date of the original Voucher purchase.
Please note in the event that one of the items in the beauty box becomes unavailable then we reserve the right to substitute the item with a similar product of equivalent or greater value.
Rights of Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your online order or phone order up to 14 days after the day on which you receive your order.
If you realise you have made a mistake when ordering, please try to contact us as soon as you can by email at firstname.lastname@example.org (with the word “Cancel” present in the subject line), or in office hours by calling +44 (0) 1252 837070. We dispatch items very quickly and as such we have limited time in which to stop completed orders from going out.
If your order has already left our beauty clinic and you decide to cancel, we will refund your order in full including any postage and packing you may have been charged up to a maximum of our Standard UK Delivery charge. Please ensure you inform us of your intent to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will refund to the original payment method used to place the order and provide you with our returns address so you can return the goods to us at your expense. Please return the goods within 14 days. Please note, we reserve the right to await receipt of the returned goods, before issuing your refund.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Item Received
We will always do our best to ensure that your product(s) arrive correctly and in perfect condition. However, occasionally mistakes do occur and we will do our utmost to resolve them quickly. Please check your product(s) on receipt and report any issues to us as soon as possible. Product(s) received faulty, damaged or incorrect may be returned to us for a full refund including any postage paid.
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to product(s) that are faulty, received damaged or not as described.
